Ordering

How do I order on-line?

Shopping and ordering on-line is easy. Each item you wish to buy is added to the shopping basket by clicking on the "add to basket" link. Your shopping basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on the basket link, from here you can easily amend or remove any items before you reach the checkout. When all your purchases are completed to your satisfaction, click the checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

You will be sent an e-mail to confirm your order once the order has been placed.

Please remember when ordering to check all items carefully. If you require any further information about items on display please telephone  us at 1-877-YES-RMAN or fax us at 1-866-YES-RMAN or E-MAIL US.

Although we do take care to ensure all our descriptions, specifications and colors are correct, there may be some slight variation due to the manufacturing process.


How do I pay?

All our prices do not include U.S. or State Tax. We will add the appropriate tax (if any) if you shipping  address is located within Colorado. All items are listed in U.S.D. (U.S. Dollars)

We accept all major cards. Payment is debited from your account only when goods are due for Shippment.

Although shopping on-line with us is secure, if you prefer you can telephone us with your order and pay by  credit  card. You can call us at 1-877-YES-RMAN

Please note payment by check will delay delivery by seven days to allow for checks to clear. Checks should be made payable to RMAN.COM  and we need your name, address and check  guarantee card number on the back. Checks should be sent (with your order form) to

Can I track my order?

You can track the progress of you order by clicking My Account in the menu at the top of the page.

To log-in use the e-mail address you used when you placed your order and the password e-mailed to you. If you have forgotten your password use the facility in the My Account section to have it e-mailed to you.

You can view the progress of all the orders you have placed with us.

Shipping
At RMAN.COM your shopping cart will automatically contact U.P.S. and get the most up to date options and rates for  the shipping charges for your order. You then choose the most appropriate option for your needs.  If you are ordering numerous items, you may sometimes get a shipping error due to UPS size limitations. (Currentlly, for some shipping regions,  the ups system does not take into account that several items may be shipped in one box.)  If this happens, we will charge you the actual the shipping charges for your order.

How much does delivery cost?

We have a standard delivery charge of  $5.00 per order (not per item) in addition to the U.P.S. Shipping Rate option you will choose upon checkout.  If we cannot deliver your order in one delivery (i.e. some items are out of stock) there is no additional delivery charge to complete your order. Our standard delivery charge applies to anywhere in the US mainland. Deliveries outside the mainland are charged at minimal (if any) addition cost and we will e-mail you with the delivery charge.

Occasionally we may have to make a special delivery charge on particularly expensive items to deliver (Custom fountain rings and larger odd sized items). If this is necessary you will be notified of the amount after you have placed your order.


Do you deliver outside the US?

Yes we do deliver to most areas outside the US. via U.P.S. or its affiliates.  We have found that U.P.S. has the best array of options to suite most of our clients. If you have unique requests please e-mail us with your request and details, we will give you a price for delivery.


Do I need to sign for my delivery and how long will it take?

Unless pre arranged in writing via e-mail or fax, All deliveries must be signed for. It is essential you give us an address where either you or a person known to you is available to take delivery. This is your responsibility and we do not advise delivery to be made to communal addresses if there is the possibility someone unknown to you could accept delivery. If you have any special delivery requirements please let us know when you place your order.

Normally we will try to ship within 6 to 48 hours after  receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock we will e-mail you with an expected delivery time. If the new delivery time is not acceptable you can of course cancel your order.

Items that are  custom made and other special order items are generally delivered within 4-6 weeks. Again we will let you know an expected delivery date at the time you place your order.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
What if I need to return anything or my order is incorrect?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may cancel within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging or they will not be credited. You must pay any return postage charges. Returned goods remain your responsibility and we advise insuring any returns against loss or damage in transit.

PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND ARE NOT MANUFACTURED UNTILL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please advise us within 7 days. We will replace any damaged item without charge or refund if unavailable and cover all postage charges.

We ask you to wrap goods securely for their return and include the original delivery note in the package.

How secure is shopping on-line with Detail?

We employ a fully encrypted state of the art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secure server to take your order. This ensures your order placed with us is safe. (In laymen terms, your information is completely encrypted so no other entity can can understand the information except for RMAN.COM)

All your details (including credit card numbers) will be encrypted using 128bit encryption when they are transferred over the internet.

We do not keep your   credit card details once the order has been processed.
